At that time, I spent a lot of time desperately trying to understand, learn and catch up with new technologies, for fear of falling behind. Sometimes technical articles are written on CSDN, mainly because CSDN's followers have the strongest atmosphere. From the language to the language, from this framework to the framework, from this model to the model, from that platform to the platform ... can not stop. At that time, I was just a technical "user", just like moving bricks to build a house. If I don't care about what bricks are popular this year, what kind of house structure will be popular next year, what kind of house appearance will be popular in the next year, it must be Customers and other programmers are "old-fashioned."

When I got busy with Google’s arms and sleeves, I found out that I was narrow in the past, stingy, and the frog at the bottom of the well. Many of the top technologies that have been chased before are simply led by Google engineers or participated in the drumming. Moreover, there are many magical things inside Google that are not known to the outside world. The most important difference is that you are now a member of a large team that leads the way.

I used to learn how to design a house and see what other people recommend to build a house. Now, the top house design experts and materials experts are around, and they will soon be able to guide others to build their houses. This feeling, like jumping into a big treasure, also clearly knows that he is not a thief, but the owner of the treasure. Theft of treasures vs. creation of treasures, the difference between the two is very subtle.

The mentality is suddenly different, from the "user" of technology to the "master" of technology.

For example, there is a time to solve C++'s ABI-related issues, and I think that quite a few people in the C++ Standards Committee are working at Google.
